Shepherd Meats Return Policy:
Shepherd Meats insures shipment to the address furnished with every order.
Considering our products are perishable we cannot accept returns.
Shepherd Meats Refund Policy:
Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We will apply a refund to your account if we deem it appropriate. All refunds will be credited to you in the form of store credit (Cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.)
The following reasons are covered under our policy:
- Damaged items
- Late delivery or Improper handling
- Missing items
Please report any issues with your order. Resolutions to reported issues may include replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next box, issuing a gift card or a partial/full refund.
The following reasons are not covered under our policy:
- Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped
- Late delivery due to an incorrect address
- Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date, resulting in defrosted items or damage
- Launch of sale on products you purchased prior to sale being launched.
Gift Cards cannot be returned.
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not apply a refund. The time limit to request a refund is 30 days from the date of purchase.
